1. About Calendy
Calendy is subscription-based scheduling and business operations software for appointment-based service businesses. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using Calendy on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account, business, staff, client, appointment, and billing information you provide. If you create or manage an account for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Calendy for unlawful activity, abusive activity, spam, security attacks, attempts to disrupt the service, or collection of data that you are not authorized to process. You are responsible for how your business uses client and appointment data inside the service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Calendy is offered through paid subscription plans. Payments, taxes, invoices, and payment processing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record where applicable. Subscription plans, limits, trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation options are shown in the product or checkout flow.
5. Trials, cancellations, and plan changes
If a free trial is offered, your paid subscription may begin after the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel future renewals from the billing area where available, or by contacting us at billing@calendyapp.com. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the change shown in the billing flow.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Calendy reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product changes.
7. Business and client data
You retain responsibility for the business data you enter into Calendy, including client names, contact details, appointment history, notes, staff records, services, and business settings. You must only enter data that your business is allowed to collect and process.
8. Intellectual property
Calendy, including its software, interface, branding, and content, is owned by Calendy or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You may use Calendy only as allowed by these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calendy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
