1. First paid subscription charge
If you are not satisfied with Calendy, you may request a refund within 14 days after your first paid subscription charge. If you used a free trial, this refund window starts when the first paid charge is made, not when the trial starts.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals before the next billing date from the billing area where available, or by contacting us at billing@calendyapp.com.
3. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
Upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation behavior is shown in the product billing flow. Some changes may apply immediately and others may apply at the next billing cycle. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for time already billed.
4. Billing mistakes and legal rights
We may provide refunds outside this policy for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, failed fulfillment, or where required by law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact billing@calendyapp.com and include the email address used for your Calendy account, your business name, and a short reason for the request.
6. Payment processor
Payments and refunds may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record where applicable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor.
