We collect information needed to provide Calendy, including account details, business details, staff details, service settings, client records, appointment information, support messages, billing-related identifiers, and technical logs.
2. Information entered by businesses
Businesses using Calendy may enter client names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, notes, staff schedules, services, and business settings. The business is responsible for making sure it has the right to collect and use that information.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the service, manage accounts, process subscriptions, send transactional emails, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle where applicable. Calendy does not store full payment card numbers. Paddle may process payment, tax, invoice, subscription, and billing information according to its own legal terms and privacy notices.
5. Service providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to host and operate Calendy, store data, deliver transactional emails, process subscription billing, monitor reliability, improve security, and understand search visibility. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics.
6. Cookies and local storage
Calendy uses cookies and browser storage for essential functionality such as login sessions, language preferences, and product settings. These are used to make the service work and keep your experience consistent.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Businesses may delete or update operational data inside Calendy where the product allows it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should use strong passwords and keep account access limited to authorized people.
9. Your rights

10. International processing
Calendy is operated from North Macedonia and uses service providers that may process information in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international processing.
